Vinyasa Krama – Intelligent Sequencing in Yoga (25 Hour Yoga Teacher Training)
Dates: February 27–28, 2027 (Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am–5pm)
This dynamic training explores the art and intelligence of sequencing within vinyasa-style yoga. Rooted in the traditional concept of vinyasa krama- the intentional and progressive unfolding of a practice- this training teaches yoga teachers how to design thoughtful, purposeful sequences that guide students safely and skillfully through practice.
Rather than viewing sequencing as a collection of poses, this training emphasizes the deeper logic behind how practices are built. Participants will learn how to structure classes that progressively prepare the body, regulate energy, and create meaningful arcs of experience from beginning to end.
Through lecture, discussion, embodied practice, and practical application, teachers will gain tools to create sequences that are both creative and grounded in intelligent progression.
