Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training
Dates: September 19–20, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am-5pm)
This immersive yoga teacher training equips yoga teachers with practical tools, embodied skills, and accessible trauma-informed frameworks for teaching safely to students who may have experienced trauma. Through lectures, discussion, embodied practice, and reflective exercises, you’ll gain both the theory and hands-on application needed to hold compassionate, safe, and responsive classes.
Our program is led by experienced facilitators, including a clinical neuropsychologist, ensuring that the neuroscience and trauma principles are presented clearly, accessibly, and directly applicable to the yoga classroom.
