Living Yoga – Yamas, Niyamas & Introduction to Ayurveda (25 Hour Yoga Teacher Training)

Dates: May 15-16, 2027 (Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am–5pm)

This immersive training explores the ethical and philosophical foundations of yoga, focusing on the Yamas and Niyamas- the guiding principles for living with integrity, awareness, and balance. Participants will also receive an introduction to Ayurveda, learning how this traditional system of wellness complements yoga practice and supports holistic well-being.

Through lectures, discussion, reflective exercises, and embodied practice, this training helps teachers deepen their personal understanding of yoga philosophy and integrate these principles into teaching, daily life, and self-care. Participants will leave with practical tools to guide students in exploring ethics, habits, and lifestyle choices through the lens of classical yoga.
