Yoga Nidra

Conscious Rest and Subtle Awakening

with Kelsey Erin and Ekatra’s School of Traditional Yoga

November 13-14th, 2025

Venue:  The Lakes Resort at Ben Eoin, NS

Format: 20 Hours Online + 20 Hours in Person ~ 40 Hours Total

To enter Yoga Nidra is to step into the liminal space between waking and dreaming. A threshold where the body surrenders, the mind softens, and the currents of consciousness begin to reveal themselves. More than rest, it is a timeless practice that unveils the unseen, guiding awareness into the subtle dimensions of being where energy, mind, and spirit converge. Here, the inner and outer worlds are not separate but reflections of one another, illuminated in stillness.

This 40-hour training is both immersion and initiation- rooted in the classical teachings of Yoga and enriched by the wisdom of Tantra. Together we will weave philosophy, subtle anatomy, and direct experience, entering the practice not as a technique alone, but as a living doorway into presence. Through guided journeys, self-inquiry, and teaching methodology, you will learn to embody Yoga Nidra in your own life and to share its depth with others.

The training is divided into two parts:

  • 20 hours online (self-paced + live online sessions): Foundational teachings, theory, and guided practices.

  • 20 hours in person (November 13–14, 2025 at The Lakes Resort, Ben Eoin): Deep immersion, live guidance, practice teaching, and integration in community.

In this training, you will:

  • Enter the roots of Yoga Nidra in classical yoga and tantric wisdom

  • Explore the pañca koshas — the five sheaths of being — as the inner map of Yoga Nidra

  • Journey through multiple full Yoga Nidra practices, each a portal to deeper awareness

  • Discover the transformative power of saṅkalpa (intention) as a seed of change and awakening

  • Study subtle body teachings and their direct application in the state of conscious rest
