"When the mind becomes still in the light of the Self, the yogi abides in their own true nature." - Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras 1.3
Yoga is not something we do; it is what we are. This immersive 20-hour training is an invitation to step beyond the mat and into the living current of yoga—a path of devotion, presence, and embodied wisdom. Through ancient teachings, consistent sadhana, self-inquiry, and sacred ritual, we will explore how to weave yogic consciousness into the fabric of our daily lives.
Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, we will also deepen our connection to the natural world, learning to align with the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—by recognizing how these forces shape our physical, mental, and energetic well-being. This integration helps us live in harmony with nature’s rhythms, bringing balance and clarity to every aspect of our practice and life.

In this training, you will:
Deepen your relationship with the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—by exploring how they show up in your body, mind, and environment. Learn simple ways to align with their wisdom in practice and daily life.
• Discover the foundational teachings of Ayurveda as a path to balance and self-awareness. Explore your unique dosha, daily rhythms (dinacharya), and the influence of elemental energies on your well-being.
• Explore how yoga lives in your relationships—with yourself, others, and the world. Bring yogic awareness into communication, service, and everyday choices through the lens of karma and conscious action.
• Move beyond theory and begin to embody the Yamas and Niyamas as living, energetic principles that guide you toward freedom, integrity, and inner clarity.
• Practice anchoring into presence through breath, meditation, and inner stillness. Cultivate a felt sense of awareness that brings you home to the light of your own being.
• Create a personal practice rooted in intention and devotion. Weave together ritual, self-inquiry, and sacred rhythm to support your inner life and daily alignment.

The path of yoga is not learned—it is remembered. Step into the mystery, and let your practice
become a way of being.
