  • Deepen understanding of physical alignment to enhance safety and effectiveness, including thorough lessons in anatomy and physiology.

  • Understand the somatic approach to feeling into a posture and how we can deepen this intimate, first-person experience of yoga.

  • Learn how āsanas can influence the flow of prāṇa through the nāḍīs and chakras, supporting steadiness, vitality, and the awakening of subtle awareness.

  • Integrate pranayama techniques that support energetic and emotional release within asana practice.

  • Build awareness of how asana can support emotional healing and foster self-compassion.

  • Gain confidence in guiding students through asana practices mindfully, with clarity and thoughtfulness.

  • Experience the transformative effects of heart-centered asana in your own practice, cultivating deeper self-awareness and contentment.
